When you click a product’s

button or link, the product will be added to your basket in whatever quantity you specify.
The default is 1. The basket summary panel will then be updated to reflect this. If your
basket already contains the product, the quantity will be increased by however many you
selected. To view your shopping basket, click on the

icon at the
top right of the screen. To remove an item from your basket click the ‘remove’ link
next to the product. Once you are happy with the selection in your basket click the

button.

UK Postage and Packing: nurture provides FREE postage and packaging
on all UK orders. Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours but please allow
up to 10 days for delivery.
European Postage and Packing: nurture only charges a £2 fixed
charge for European delivery, no matter how large your order is. Please allow up
to 21 days for delivery to Europe.
Rest of the World: nurture only charges a £4 fixed charge for
rest of the world delivery, no matter how large your order is. Please allow up to
28 days for delivery to the rest of the world
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your nurture product we offer a
'no quibble' refund or exchange for your item.
To do so please:
- Enclose a brief note explaining the reason for return and the item you wish to exchange
these with. Also payment if any difference in cost.
- Cross out your name and address (leaving visible)
- Write "return to sender" on the box.
- Take the parcel to the Post Office to return to us free of charge.

To create an account with nurture, simply click on either "checkout" or

This will take you to the login page. Here you must enter you email address in the right
hand column and then click

On the next page you are required to enter your name and your address. You must confirm
your email address, enter a password of your choosing
and also confirm this password. We guarantee that we will not sell or pass
your data to a third party outside the Healthspan Group, in the normal course of
business, unless that third party requires the data to provide you with your order
or in the course of communicating with you as a customer. As part of our customer

Once completed you’ll be taken either to your account page where you can amend personal
details, your address book, marketing preferences etc. or straight to the checkout.
Upon completion of your order online nurture will send you an
automated email with your order reference number and details of your order placed.
Once logged in you can amend your contact details. Click on "My Account"
at the top of the page:

This will take you to your account page, from here click on "Personal Details".
You can change your name, email address or password within personal details.
If you want to change your billing address and delivery address(es) click on "Address
Book"
Ordering on our website is quick, easy and safe. Just follow these simple steps
to find and purchase what you are looking for:
Search or Browse:
To find the product you are looking for you can either:
1. Search for it by typing a key word into the search box.

2. Browse the categories and products to the left of your page.
Add the product to your basket:
Once you have found the correct product(s), simply enter the quantity that you would like
and click "buy now".
Review Basket and proceed to checkout:
Once you have added the desired item to your basket, you will be directed to your basket page.
Once here, you can adjust any quantities to your required amount and

to confirm. You can then
continue to shop for additional items by clicking one of the links in the

Alternatively you can proceed straight to the checkout from the product page by
clicking "Checkout" on the top right corner of the page.
Nurture despatch all orders within 24 hours (all orders placed on Fridays, weekends
and public holidays despatched within 24 hours after the next working day). If for
any reason you wish to cancel or make a change to your order we advise that you
contact our call centre immediately on 0800 072 9510 (Open from 9am to 6pm, 7 days
a week) we cannot guarantee that your order can always be cancelled or changed before
it is despatched.
As your order is despatched from Guernsey, your order is regularly subject to routine
checks by HM Customs and the like therefore we ask that you allow ten days for orders
to the UK, 14 days for Europe and 28 days worldwide before contacting us regarding the
whereabouts of your order. In the unlikely and unfortunate event that your order
is still not received within in this time frame please contact us at

with your order reference and we will arrange for a replacement to be despatched
to you as soon as possible.
If your order contained more than one product, occasionally items get split between
boxes depending on product size and value. Items may therefore arrive on different
days. Please allow 10 days after ordering for all items to arrive and if after this
time you have not received all items please contact us

Nurture normally dispatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed.
If you order on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday your order is
